My First Blog Post

So, this is my first blog.  I have Fibromyalgia and fight with it everyday.  I like to laugh and share things that make me laugh.   Sometimes I need to rant and I’ve learned that a rant here and there is okay – as long as I count my blessings and continue to fight this Fibro fight.  I’m not sure where this blog will lead.  Sometimes I will just blog whatever is on my mind.  #BloggingThroughTheFog

    • Thanks so much! That is so encouraging and nice of you to say! I’m hoping to improve my writing and the look of my blog. I like your blog as well. I just read your post about things that help your fibro. I found some things there that I’ve been told to do or try to do. It inspired me to pay attention to the things that help me and to do those things more. I’m going to set some small goals and try and blog about them. I hope you don’t mind that I was inspired by your post. It’s going to take me some time because right now I can’t figure out what works and what doesn’t. For example, I used to give myself daily B12 shots. At first I thought it helped, then it seemed that the shots didn’t help. I am thinking about trying again because my fatigue is so bad these days.

      • I totally love that you were inspired by my post! Feel free to write whatever you want, hon. I used to take high-strength b12 spray(cherry flavor) and that helped for a while. Also magnesium has been a help for me energy-wise. (hugs) Lucy 🙂

  1. I heard about magnesium too. I think I used to make it several years ago. LOL I cant’t remember! I’m adding that to my list of things to try. I recently started taking vitamin D again to help with my mood. I started the vitamin D at the same time I started the blog and twitter. I don’t know which one or if both are helping, but I am in a bit of a better mood.
